1-year Warranty

NexFoto provides a straightforward 1-year warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible.

150-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund, regardless of the reason, within 30 days of purchase, excluding Corporate purchases, which may not be refundable. Once the returned item arrives back in NexFoto’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
  • Returns must include all accessories 
  • Items must include original packaging
  • Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, NexFoto refunds the cost of the product itself
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements


Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window.  For quality-related issues, please see below.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • For returns due to product defects, we will bear the shipping costs.
  • For returns due to subjective reasons such as customer dissatisfaction, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
  • For expedited shipping, cost will not be refunded.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


Exchanges

If items are defective or damaged when received within 30 days after receipt, please email us and take picture(s) of the items you received at service@nexfoto.com if you need to exchange it for the same item. 


If the item(s) you received is either defective or damaged, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will send you a new one within 5 business days.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not within 5 business days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
