Transit times are somewhat slower than typical due to some uncertainties, although they usually take between 5 and 7 business days depending on location. In light of these challenging circumstances, we really appreciate your patience and understanding.

We offer FREE shipping on any of our products. If you need Expedited shipping, you will need to spend US$24.9 to get faster shipping.
CHANGING ADDRESS
If you receive an email notification that the shipment has been shipped, unfortunately the address cannot be modified.
If you have not received an email notification of the shipment, please contact service@nexfoto.com to confirm if the address can be changed.
DISCOUNT AND COUPONS
Discount codes or coupons cannot be stacked.
PARCEL DELIVERY
If you order more than one item, we try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time.
Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product.
LOST PACKAGES
If you have a lost or missed packages, please contact us at service@nexfoto.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Any claims submitted after the 7-day period may be rejected. Please note, NexFotois not responsible for lost or unreceived orders caused by a customer's address entry error.
