Need to pay extra to use the product app?

Can it be setup to automatically sync with a google photo album?

Our app does not support integration with google photo album. However, we are always looking for new ways to improve our app as well as our user's experience. So we will keep this idea in mind for the future.

Whether it can be set up as a gift photo frame?

Yes, you can.

Does the frame support hanging on the wall?

Yes, there is a hole on the back of the frame for hanging.

What are the functions of the photo frame?

The frame has many funtions, such as clock, music, calendar, video as well as weather.

What file formats are supported, ie, jpg, tif, raw, etc?

Video: MPEG1, MPEG2, MPEG4, Xvid, AVI, M-JPEG, H.264, MOV, VOB, MKV, DIVX4, DIVX5, DIVX3, 3GP
Image: BMP, JPG, GIF, PNG

Can you view pictures from the SD card? or do photos have to be downloaded?

You can view pictures from the micro SD card directly.

During playback, are you able to pause, back-up, & forward while viewing, then have it continue slideshow where you left off?

Yes, with the remote control, you can stop and start and move forward and backwards. It is a nice feature but you have to have the remote in hand.

Does the frame have to have WiFi to get the photos?

You can save the photos on the memory card, and then insert the digital photo frame. You can also display photos without connecting to the network.
